How is the clinical data protected?
All clinical data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256. Access is role-based with multi-factor authentication, and infrastructure is HIPAA-ready. Research data flows through IRB-compliant pipelines with audit trails captured automatically.
Patient data is isolated per institution and backed up on defined retention schedules. BAAs are in place with every care team we work with.
Does Notus connect with the tools our clinical team uses?
Yes. Notus Labs connects with Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth through FHIR-based integrations, and with REDCap and MATLAB for research workflows. Session data flows into the patient record automatically, so clinicians don't have to switch systems.

How difficult is onboarding?
Most Clinic-tier programs are running within a week. Team and Institution deployments take two to four weeks and include live training for your care team, protocol configuration, and EHR integration work. Our clinical success team stays with you through the first 90 days, not just through setup.

Three tiers: Clinic at $199/mo for up to three clinicians, Team at $499/mo for unlimited clinicians, and Institution custom-priced for health systems and multi-site programs. Pricing is transparent — no hidden storage or API fees. Annual plans include a discount, and Institution pricing scales with the number of sites, integrations, and research users.
Can I customize Notus to match our clinical protocols?
Yes. Notus Labs adapts to your clinical philosophy. Build custom return-to-play protocols with your own phases and clearance criteria, set up milestone definitions, design assessment forms, and configure dashboards per role.
